Agency job. I will rotate to all aged care that co-operated with sudekicker. Such as Bluecare,Bolton Clark. Regis, Opal ,Anglicare and etc. The great thing of agency. You are adapt to change with new environment. Fast learning and flexible. Gain more experience in different Aged Care facilities.

Within new facilities in that time. I have to flexible and also time management in case of short staffs. Also 35 residents in dementia wings with two entrance. This experience was teaching you a lot of SIRS. Also different aspects from family who do not understand the dementia point of view. I was gained my knowledge from WICK in " Understand dementia" ( Tas University").
