Design, build, integrate and life cycle management of network infrastructure in Telstra

• Accountable for proactive network monitoring, escalated fault investigations, major incident management, and timely service restoration
• Responsible for resolving faults within the Telstra core network
• Responsible for preparing and testing method of procedure, implementing life cycle changes to the network
• Foster strong vendor relationships to ensure seamless service delivery while ensuring performance standards and project milestones
• Responsible for enhancing customer experience and satisfaction while cultivating strong customer advocacy for the organization
• Lead offshore staff ensuring alignment with team objectives & performance standards
• Developed in-house tools for network monitoring and automation reducing operational overhead

• Responsible for incident and problem management for Telstra IP Telephony (Broadsoft) infrastructure.

• Responsible for designing and documenting IP, Fibre, SDH network products and solutions.

• Responsible for designing, implementing and troubleshooting Wireless and VoIP solutions and networks
