• The New Development is based on the NBN Type 2 Architecture and will be constructed using 100% underground deployment.
• The scope is to Plan & Design fibre networks for the New Development Estate from the corresponding FSAM/FDA. It includes, adding new cables (DSS/HSD/HSL/LSS/MSS) and Joints (DJL/LJL/AJL), Installing MPT allocating fibre ports, adding new FDH and splitter ports, creating PON patching request, modifying addresses with respect to LAASI, creating NDD document and GML (if Telstra network is utilised in our design).
• Responsibilities include: Planning and Designing of the Temporary transit fibre network (TTFN) and Estate/Stage design in spatial Net using Type2 architecture specifications Planning and Designing of the fibre network for the Backhaul cables in Spatial Net Creating the TTFN and Estate NDD documents as per the specifications provided by NBN Co.
• Preparation of BOM & BOQ Coordinating with construction staff as per the approved designs Preparation of End-to-End Single Line Diagram for whole FDA Preparation of construction plans.
• Scope of work is to generate PDF Survey Call Out Boxes on all works to be done and adding relevant SOR blocks respective to the work required from MDU Coding template. With the prepared SOR codes, we need to extract Bill of Materials / Bill of Quantities for all the works to be done at Site.
