• Implementation of SAP Demand Side Management (DSM) Module for AGL through Residential Demand Response. Residential Demand Response is a voluntary program which rewards customers for reducing usage during times of extreme demand on the grid. AGL's Residential Demand Response program aims to solve for energy grid problems by provide incentive to customers for using less energy than they normally would during peak demand times.
• As a techno functional in the team, I had the responsibility of carrying out different Proof of Concepts to ascertain how to implement SAP DSM Module in AGL and then developing the framework so that DSM is fully operational in AGL.
• Implementation of Payment Scheme, Bill Smoothing and Collection framework for AGL.
• Designing and building frameworks for Bolt-On, Batteries and Concession functionality in AGL.
