Duties

• Providing exceptional customer service to around 150-200 people during my shifts.
• Using POS system.
• Merchandising and maintaining excellent store standards.
• Ensure a safe working environment at all times - following all policies and procedures.
• Processing of deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and equipment/back of house areas.

• Ensured office equipment was operational, stocked with supplies and maintained in a clean condition
• Scheduled meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for staff members
• Answered incoming calls, responded to emails, faxes and other inquiries from customers and vendors
• Greeted visitors, clients and guests in a professional manner
• Entered data into databases accurately and efficiently

• Coordinated fundraising efforts, including grant writing, special events, and corporate sponsorships
• Established relationships with other organizations to collaborate on initiatives and programs
• Oversaw all operations of the organization from hiring staff to managing budgets
