Recent Clinical Placement ANSAT Report comment: Precious has quickly gained the respect of her team and the recognition from her ward NUM for her ability to apply clinical knowledge and critical thinking to her practice.  Precious took a patient load of two every day and active in managing a deteriorating patient.  Precious identified the early signs of clinical deterioration and escalated immediately.  She continued to assess and evaluate her patient, allowing for the multidisciplinary team to focus on interventions. Precious's documentation and handover were thorough, ensuring she engaged her patient in the handover process.     Precious demonstrated an advanced level of self-reflection and easily identifies gaps in knowledge with a clear commitment to learn. Precious demonstrated resilience and conducted herself professionally during a challenging situation on the ward.  Well done! You will make a great nurse! - Nicole Satora, First Choice Agency Clinical Facilitator. April, 2025
