- OT intake for new hands/upper limb patients (short stay, M7, 6A, 3A) on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Hand therapy, fabricate basic splints (mallet, barrel, volar) with Home exercise program, Coban, compression and outpatient referrals if indicated.

- Breast: typically review ~3-5/7 post op for functional review and education re: breast precautions and loan of equipment if needed.

ENT

Compression: Chin straps to be fitted on day 7 post-external skin flap (not muscle flaps). They can be found in the box under the 6A OT desk. Contact lymphedema OT, Mel Thorne, if any concerns.

APOC Clinic on Thursdays. All complex ENT Pt’s pre-op are seen to gain collateral, complete cognitive screen and take head/ \neck measurements.

Urololgy: discharge planning complex discharges to rural/interstate

Neck dissection/Lymphoedema: education regarding lymphoedema, scar management, lymphatic drainage massage.
