• Record and report the client in every single shift with the daily activities
• Helping client’s paperwork and organizing some stuff
• Assisting Laundry according to client's wishes
• Assisting to pay the bill, doing shopping and other things
• All work needs to be done by teamwork in which we gain more skills
• Keep every record of the client when they had an appointment with doctor, dietician, physiotherapy etc
• Assisting client with catheters in and out and assist in bowel movement

1.Analyze the workflow and identify areas for improvement.
2.Create test cases and conduct testing of the application to ensure its proper functioning.
3.Gather requirements from stakeholders and ensure that the developed applications meet business needs.
4.Maintain and document software functionality and integrate software components in the fully functional software system.
5.Develop automated test scripts and execute them to validate the functionality of the application.
6.Conduct KT (Knowledge Transfer) sessions to provide product knowledge to the support team.
7.Design robust APIs to integrate the latest application with the existing software system.
8.Optimize web applications by streamlining business operations, improving performance and scalability, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency.
