- Worked as a sole clinician in the then new clinical practice building; ensuring 3rd and 4th year OT students had well rounded, high quality paediatric placements; which enabled me to combine my interests in paediatric practice and teaching.

- Developed ability to evaluate students constantly, provide feedback and make difficult decisions where needed, for example when needing to fail a student.

- Reporting back to the rest of the OT team regarding the above and occasionally supporting the paediatric curriculum through writing the content of the 2nd year paediatric exams and supporting as needed.
