My role at Lovisa was to:

-Effectively assist customers with inquiries and transactions at the register

-Work the floor keeping stock in check and tidy

-Cleaning at the beginning and end of the day to ensure the store was presentable for opening/close

-Personalise the customers experience by listening to them and giving them expert advice

At Minchinbury Pizza & Pasta my role included:

-Keeping everything from dishes/counters/machines and utensils clean 24/7 to ensure proper hygiene for staff and customers

-Answer the phone, talk to customers and work the register for checkout

-Worked scheduled shifts and remained available to work during coworker absences, holidays, and busy periods.
