As a registered nurse and elite athlete of over 15 years, I thrive in high pressure environments where team work is essential. Having retired from the Hockeyroos in 2022 I transitioned into work in the athlete well-being space where I have gained valuable knowledge and experience working with a diverse range of athletes. This has included those in para sports, able bodied sports, individual sports and team sports.
I have had the privilege of travelling all over the world competing for my country and after competing at two Olympics as an athlete it was an absolute privilege to work as part of the Medical team at the Paris 2024 Paralympics.
I relish the challenge of combining my hockey career with my various professional pursuits and aim to keep Honesty, Kindness and Loyalty at the heart of all that I do. I hold a position on the Australian Olympic Committee's Athletes Commission, I have been awarded Olympian for Life status through the World Olympians Association and in 2024 was awarded a Medal in the Order of Australia.
