- Collaborated with the Creative Director and corporate team to open 20+ retail stores across Australia and USA between 2011 to current.
- Communicate daily with offshore factories in Europe, China, Indonesia and India, visiting them yearly.
- Liaise with the Creative Director and Business Manager, keeping the daily work practices in line with their company ethos and vision.
- Communicate with retail stores, website developers and marketing team to ensure the product is being merchandised, marketed and sold effectively.
- Develop designs from paper drawings to finished product, fitting several prototypes.
- Generate and maintain timelines and production orders to ensure projected stock delivery dates stay on target.
- Liaise with photographers, models and venues for photoshoots.
- Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to ensure stock is delivered on time between Australian and USA
- In house product flat lay and campaign shoot photography, editing product shots in Adobe Creative Suite
- Generate weekly EDM's
- Co-coordinated Flannel's yearly involvement in the Perth Fashion Festival, organising parade details, set design, singers, models and styling.
- Successfully source and establish connections with new offshore factories that continue to be a vital link in our current production network.
- 2017: Co-established a boutique clothing manufacturing house in Bali, Indonesia that employs local artisans.
- 2016: Established a connection with clothing and footwear artisans in Amritsar, India. The project started a shift within the business towards a more ethical and responsible production supply chain.
- 2013: Facilitated and led a national sales trip, wholesaling a collection to over 30 stores, resulting in increased revenue and exposure for the company.
- 2012: Implemented work processes, templates and guidelines for Production Management/Design Development that continue to be used in the company today.
