• Construction commissioning budgets and manpower requirements.
• Construction / Commissioning planning and database integration of a customized pre-commissioning and commissioning software programs. CMMS integration and management of systems and sub-systems. Cryogenic systems and drives on LNG plants including ship loading offloading.
• Onshore / offshore installation, testing and commissioning, umbilical, plems, flems, subsea trees.
• Construction / Commissioning check sheets and handover/turnover documentation setup and implementation.

• Write Commissioning, Handover Strategy and Plans, Commissioning Procedures

• Manage the Commissioning Contractor or Owner’s Team Commissioning and provide governance and assurance throughout commissioning.
