I am a software engineer who knows coding and testing and had most recent career experience centre around quality assurance where I deliver value in testing from planning all the way to execution and reporting. I have experience in manual and automated testing and have developed passion in pursuing efficiencies when it comes to test execution through automation. I have worked with initiatives honing on the skills I have as a software engineer that enabled teams to do testing on different formats and/or platforms. I learned agile methodologies and values which served as a guide in determining priorities. Prioritizing continuous integration and development led to pursuit of new technologies (especially cloud) in delivering automated test solutions efficiently.

Client CI/CD platform Jenkins was several versions down and despite the risks identified during the planning of upgrades, effort was executed successfully without impact following standard procedures recommended by Jenkins Cloudbees.




· Implemented CI/CD implementations, integrations and automations that made the most sense for teams (Willis Towers Watson Manila)

Effort was given positive feedback for allowing QA to have faster feedback of test results through CI/CD and internal messaging app integrations.




· Successfully demonstrated and implemented an extension for an internal UI testing framework that expanded UI testing capabilities to cover Visual Testing (Willis Towers Watson Manila)

Effort was recognized across QA center of practice within the same LOB spanning multiple projects. QA teams get to use new testing capabilities necessary for visual testing allowing for consistency in UI intensive applications with less human intervention, leveraging AI in identifying visual regression issues.




· Successfully implemented an extension for an internal UI testing framework that integrates with a third party managed selenium grid hub to allow for automated Cross Browser Testing (Willis Towers Watson Manila)

Effort was recognized across QA center of practice within the same LOB spanning multiple projects. This allowed for a complete solutioning of cross browser testing from execution and logging all the way to test reporting.




· Reduction of manual cross browser testing time by up to 80% with the successful introduction of a new tool (Willis Towers Watson Manila)

Proposed and successfully demonstrated a third party system alternative that allows teams to execute cross browser testing at a faster pace. Used ROI analysis to gain confidence in the shift to the new tool.




· Demonstrated automation capabilities in desktop applications to Japanese Counterparts (CITECH Philippines – ITECH Japan)

Using readily available tools and open source CI/CD platforms, a POC was initiated to shift project processes to Agile. This was eventually brought to Japan HQ for validation, review and approval (business trip).




· Successful deployment of new Graphics Rendering Module used by office and imaging solutions for printing (CITECH Philippines)

Allowed printing of complex geometries in low memory printing devices using scanline rendering algorithm with the use of Microsoft Libraries.
