My academic background has equipped me with skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, business process modeling, systems analysis, and problem-solving.

In addition to my studies, I have gained 3 years of hands-on experience as an NBN Technician, where I developed strong technical, analytical, and customer service skills. Working in the telecommunications industry allowed me to troubleshoot complex network issues, manage installations and maintenance, and collaborate with customers and teams to deliver reliable connectivity solutions.
