  • I also had 5 months training experience in Verka milk plant, India. I acquired knowledge regarding dairy technology processes and how to get familiar with dairy equipments in the lab. I got understandings about the stages of milk processing like pasteurization, homogenization, and standardization to ensure milk safety, quality and consistency. I learned quality control protocols such as testing for fat content, microbial content, acidity and overall hygiene which are essential to maintain high-quality dairy products. I also got an exposure to various dairy products produced at Verka such as butter, yogurt, cheese and other milk products and got an insight to their production techniques, storage and shelf life management. I was trained on critical food safety standards, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
