I am part of the system support team which handles the Malaysia System. The main releases are: Hotfixes – fast service project type, Updates – fix most important problems in the Product, On Demands – develop an appropriate solution for specific set of problems, Improvements – fixes in Major versions, Investigations, Consulting, Inbox - help customers or internal teams to find solutions for their problems and provide clarifications for the CRM functionality
