Discovering a love of science and humanities during high school, Remy graduated from Grace Lutheran College with an OP 4. Over the next four years, Remy pursued his interest in biology through his dual degree in agriculture and business at UQ Gatton. During this time, he also volunteered for the UQ wildlife Association as the event coordinator. Following graduation, Remy pursued a role within the agricultural industry as a graduate hire. During this time, Remy started considering a career in education following his appointment as a tutor for Full Spectrum Education. This role involved tutoring students rnanaging students ranging from high-performance to learning disabilities and school refusal. Remy enjoyed making a difference in the lives of his students and being able to celebrate their successes. Subsequently Remy enrolled in a Master of Teaching (Secondary) at QUT. Remy is a highly motivated and hardworking individual who has taken on a variety of employment opportunities both to expand his skillset and professional experience. Throughout Remy's full time study of his Bachelors and Masters, he sought a variety of employment opportunities to achieve financial independence including co-founding a profitable business.

Remy interests include camping, fishing, hiking, archery and travel. Remy has held strong passion towards nature and wildlife since childhood which he still holds now. During school Remy was involved in the concert choir, senior vocal group and "A few good men" male choir. During his junior years Remy played trombone and tuba in concert band.
