Ren Mildenberg

Worked in True South as a Back of House and Front of House member. As BOH, polished glasses and cutlery, washed the glasses, filled up the ice and packed glasses too. As FOH, served food to customers, took orders and cleaned tables. Also worked functions, serving food and drinks.

Volunteered as a youth sporting coach for years 2s, 3s and 4s. Planned each extracurricular activity and each sport we would play each day. Set up the sports equipment and made sure the students were well-prepared and safe. Made sure they all learned and took upon a new skill and sport.

• Supervised practices and contests, prioritizing safety for participants.
• Developed practice guidelines for injury prevention.
• Motivated athletes to become stronger, more agile, and more effective through training habits and proper nutrition.
• Enforced discipline both on and off-field to lead team with highest personal standards.
• Assessed strengths and weaknesses of opponents to develop valuable techniques and increase preparedness.

Volunteered as an assistant netball coach to coach the U10s netball girls at my old school in Singapore, SJII. I coached for the netball season for a month alongside one of the older coaches

Volunteer Work - Volunteered in Indonesia to make safe water gardens for communities in the villages which provides clean water for the village.

Volunteered in Indonesia to build a new concrete footpath for school students to be able to go to school where there was rough weather.
