Duties

• Review project plans, specifications, and schedules related to SMP scope.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and other construction disciplines.
• Develop and manage SMP construction work schedules.
• Participate in constructability reviews and provide input to design optimization.
• Supervise the execution of structural steel erection, mechanical equipment installation, and piping systems.
• Ensure compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Manage and monitor subcontractors and vendors on SMP works.
• Coordinate equipment and materials delivery and handling on site.
• Ensure all SMP activities comply with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and toolbox talks.
• Enforce site safety rules and investigate any incidents.
• Monitor project budgets related to SMP works.
• Ensure efficient use of manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Review and approve time sheets and progress claims.
• Report progress, issues, and changes to the Project Manager.
• Interface with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies as required.
