  • Act as first point of contact for all general employment and HR queries
  • Deliver day to day people processes including: onboarding, induction, performance and development planning, workforce planning, wellbeing and offboarding
  • Manage employee relations cases relating to performance, misconduct, grievances and disputes, in line with Company policies and procedures, as well as any relevant legislative requirements
  • Partner with managers to establish and maintain high-performance culture through effective performance management processes, goal setting, feedback, and development plans
  • Lead on key cyclical tasks such as remuneration, contracting and performance reviews
