With 12 years of experience in nursing management roles within the perioperative environment, I have developed a strong skill set in leading and managing a large team. My responsibilities include rostering, daily allocations, clinical support, and performance management for my team of over 100 members. Collaborating closely with the medical team and executive, the primary focus is to deliver exceptional patient care while meeting organizational goals.
