My name is Rhianna Bennet, I am 16 years old and currently enrolled at Marymede catholic collage. I am in year 11, studying VCE vocational major. The subjects I am studying is Literacy, Numeracy, Work-related skills, PDS and religious education. Outside of school, I am currently training footy on Tuesday and Wednesday and have a game on Sunday. I enjoy playing Football, I have been playing footy with Yarrambat Football club for 3 years now. I also like playing basketball, I am currently in my 9th year with Marymede flames. In the working industry, I am a confident and reliable individual with experience in working with people to achieve set goals. I am a young student with a strong personal commitment with attention to detail and a desire to learn and develop.

  • I am also working at Marymede Early learning center on Fridays during school hours for my school-based apprenticeship. At the Early learning center I work with 4-5 year olds. Working at the childcare has allowed me to become more confident around children in the way they think and work.
  • I also worked for 2 weeks at the butterfly’s childcare, working with babies.

  • I was employed at Woolworths Epping North. I went straight to being part-time, working 10 hours a week. The reason I don’t work there anymore is because I quit because I didn’t enjoy it as much as I did when I first started. The department I worked in was customer service. Working in customer service gave me the opportunity to communicate with people every day and gain confidence when starting conversations with people.
