  • Collaborated with veterinarians to address any medical concerns and prevent potential injuries for the horses.
  • Ride and train up to 12 racehorses a morning for routine trackwork including gallops.
  • Follow trainer instructions and report back to them the progress of the individual horse.
  • Follow safety procedures and pass routine saftey checks.
  • Utilized my knowledge of equine behaviour to calmly handle challenging situations involving difficult horses both on the track and off.
  • Maintained a high standard of professionalism while representing employers at industry events, including race day photograph's.
