  • Rolled out Mobile Device Management to 35K government employees, protecting 50K mobile devices and tablets across 3 agencies, achieving the compliance with Cyber Security NSW’s mobile policies.
  • Rolled out the Email Resilience project, transitioning 20K DCCEEW and DPIRD staff from their current email addresses to their new email addresses with minimum service disruption and ensuring Single Sign On access to the main business applications even for future email address migration.
  • Procured end-to-end (with public RFQ tender) a qualified partner to conduct the gap assessment of the security controls like firewalls, encryption, and access controls for the whole department and 12 different agencies, managed the vendor’s execution of the assessment, helping our organisation achieving PCI DSS security requirements compliance (adhering to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
  • Completed the full end-to-end procurement in 60 days of a solution that analysis and automatically blocks advanced email threats to counter email phishing attacks, improving the security posture for 12K users email accounts.

  • Managing the Mauritius Telecom project / daily operations and maintenance, and evolutions of the CCBS system: in 2004, Bull replaced the OSS mobile provisioning and activation system from Kabira KPSA to Comptel.
  • Managing the Mauritius Skill centre (BSS skills: billing, CRM, Platine call collect / OSS skills: Network inventory with Aktavara, provisioning and activation with KPSA), coordinate the local team (developers and testers/integrators) and plan all their interventions.
  • Our OSS Skill centre remotely supports network inventory management projects in France and Tunisia (Aktavara expertise).
