• Completed the full end-to-end procurement in 60 days of a solution that analysis and automatically blocks advanced email threats to counter email phishing attacks, improving the security posture for 12K users email accounts.

Evolutive and Corrective Third-Party Maintenance of the CCBS (Customer Care and Billing System) system for postpaid subscribers for Mauritius Telecom, Ebene, Mauritius, January 2013 – June 2015.

• Managing the Mauritius Telecom project / daily operations and maintenance, and evolutions of the CCBS system: in 2004, Bull replaced the OSS mobile provisioning and activation system from Kabira KPSA to Comptel.
• Managing the Mauritius Skill centre (BSS skills: billing, CRM, Platine call collect / OSS skills: Network inventory with Aktavara, provisioning and activation with KPSA), coordinate the local team (developers and testers/integrators) and plan all their interventions.
• Our OSS Skill centre remotely supports network inventory management projects in France and Tunisia (Aktavara expertise).

Local Managing Director, Management of the local staff (10 resources), In charge of the business development of the subsidiary (pre-sales, answers to tender’s activities, recruitment of new resources).

Full Transformation of the IT system of the local operator Congo-Chine-Telecom (CCT), following its acquisition by Orange, and rebranding to Orange brand, Kinshasa, RD Congo, January 2013 – June 2015.

• Project Manager IT Transformation (full OSS/BSS perimeter).
• Organize and facilitate the workshops sessions between marketing, users, IT and ZTE teams on the IT perimeter, from a single prepaid IN system to a fully integrated IS system based on Zsmart suite, on the entire OSS/BSS perimeter: provisioning and activation, mediation, convergent billing, POS/Order Entry, customer care, Fault management, Network inventory management, Fulfillment, etc…
• Coordinate the various ZTE / ZTEsoft Chinese teams in the local site (10+ engineers) and in offshore mode in China (30+ engineers in Nanjing and Shenzhen), with the constraints of distance and time zone differences.
• Ensure the commercial launch (dry-run, go-live and post-production monitoring).

Project Manager / IT Transformation Pre-Sales Consultant (BSS/OSS) (as a Bull Consultant). For ZTE, provide technical and functional management of the presale's activities of the Orange group and subsidiaries in Africa.

• Organize and lead the Workshops & « Proof-of-Concepts » for the Orange group and subsidiaries, and the presale's activities for IT projects with the Zsmart suite (covering the whole scope of a telecom operator - BSS and OSS -, including among others: CRM, Convergent Billing & Charging, Mediation, Provisioning, Activation, Network Inventory and Fulfillment, BI).
• Drafting of the commercial response and technical proposal:
• In charge of drafting the response to the call for tenders for the IT Transformation of Orange Switzerland (OCH) => ZTE is a finalist (competing against Amdocs) and is invited to the Due Diligence phase in Lausanne, Switzerland.
• Organize and lead the Due Diligence (final phase of the RFP): management of the Chinese team of 15 engineers during 10 weeks in Lausanne (preparation of more than 50 workshops).
• Coordinate the various ZTE / ZTEsoft Chinese teams in Lausanne (15 engineers) and in offshore mode in China (10+ engineers in Nanjing and Shenzhen).
