Summary
Although I have no experience in the clinical dentistry setting, my first semester in UQ studying the bachelor of dental science provided me with experiences such as peer clinic, which had been always training us as dental assistant. Therefore I have a good understanding of what the role of dental assistant is and I am familiar with skills such as infection control, educating dental hygiene, disinfecting rooms and equipment and some instrument perpetration. Furthermore, I am open to communicate and strongly willing to learn and gain experiences as a dental assisstant.
