On the negotiation and transaction side, I prepare and present offers, lead counter-offer strategy sessions, and resolve conflicts while protecting contractual and financial interests. I coordinate closely with lenders, conveyancers, building and pest inspectors, and settlement agents to ensure conditional periods are met and settlements complete on schedule. I maintain meticulous records in CRM and transaction platforms, track KPIs, and continuously refine processes to reduce days on market and improve conversion rates.
