Riley Turner

Hands-on, practical worker who has a willingness to build on my already extensive knowledge and ever-growing passion for the horticultural world, with lots of skills and confidence that were explored and utilized at Formosa Gardens Nursery. Demonstrated ability to put my head down and get tasks done as efficiently and effectively as possible. In my current role, I have significantly improved plant health and nursery aesthetics through diligent care and attention, such as identifying common pests, diseases, and deficiencies. I am knowledgeable about a wide selection of plants, focusing on what is appropriate for the Ballarat climate and its difficulties, as well as helping customers design and select plants that will work for their locations. I don't mind getting muddy and wet, and I'm keen to learn more than a nursery can provide.
