Examples of effective strategies included prioritising P1 clients, using a combination of group interventions vs 1:1 services, as well as using Healthdirect vs phone interventions, formulating strategies to share workload within PT team, using Outlook diary and reminders to allocate clinical and non-clinical work, delegating some aspects of work through the use of Therapy assistant/P1 PT, using different templates for completing PT reports and allocating sufficient administrative time for sending out appointment letters and completing discharges and completing supervision meeting/support for P1 PT.
