I am a motivated and reliable Crew Coach at McDonald's with over 12 months of experience. I am skilled in coaching new team members, having trained 5 people whilst being a crew coach, all have gone on to become good workers who are reliable. I am known to maintain high standards, and foster a positive work environment. I have proven that I can provide clear training, constructive feedback, and support to enhance performance and ensure excellent customer service. I have a strong knowledge of food safety, workplace safety protocols, and company procedures.
