Maintaining all personnel records of employees and updating the HRIS
Working with company Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
Educate employees on company ethics, code of conduct, policies and procedures, staff performance and disciplinary matters
Coordinate and direct daily work activities for managers and employees to steam line the smooth function and Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Organizing induction programs of staff and giving data on service and pay rates
Providing information on current job vacancies in the organisation to employers and job seekers
Preparing and formulating enterprise agreements or collective contracts
Overseeing the formation and conduct of workplace consultative committees and employee participation initiatives
Preparing and also communicating terms and conditions of employment, resolving disputes and grievances
Updating and maintaining physical personal records of employees and maintaining a database
