I am a proud and effective educator who has come to the end of their teaching career after the long COVID lockdowns in Victoria and hope to reinvent myself in Darwin. I enjoy learning new skills and working in teams. I am a big picture thinker and am driven to improve my workplace culture.
As a leader in a professional capacity, I was required to resolve disputes amongst passionate educators, have difficult conversations with parents, teachers and other stakeholders, and continually seek and advocate for student voice and outcomes seeking an everyone wins situation whenever possible.
