.My day to day priority was irrigation upkeep fixing and installation in the field and general maintenance in control room application of fertilizers through irrigation under trees and also spreading with machinery and the stock take, ordering,and keeping documents.

.I also supervised a picking crew seasonally from other countries and help with induction provid training for the use of cherry pickers,run tool box talks, tracking and tagging all avocado bins picked on the day on smart phone.

. Application of insect or foliage fertilizer using tractor and spray rig.

. Driving of forklift in very busy packing shed when short staffed.
