Worked with Customers who are in Hardship and unable to pay their account in full by the required time on their bill.

Assisted customers by arranging Grace Periods to give the extra time to be able to obtain assistance from Centrelink Benefits. Or the Grace Period for a customer who is currently receiving medical treatment and unable to make payments for a couple of weeks due to having to pay for the medical treatment.

Arranged Payment Plans for customers to pay for household usage only.
