I was the first female Production Manager at Streets Ice Cream. The role included; staff and shift management of machinery workers, packers and maintenance staff. Managing quality control, machine breakdown/downtime and wastage. Managing and meeting shift output and production.

Quality Systems Manager

This was a project role, to develop, implement and train a Hazard Analysis ( HACCP) system across the entire Ice Cream Factory. The role required a through understanding of all processes within the factory and training all employees in the implementation of the system to meet Unilever ( International) Head Office Audit requirements.

I was then promoted to Regional Development Manager based in Bangkok, Thailand.
