Rohit Dutta

• I currently hold a position as a Demolition Engineer for Ausdecom, working in the demolition/remediation sector. I aid in project management, as well as the day to day site and project activities. Within this role I have gained experience in the areas of demolition, remediation and recycling.
  General duties include:
  - Weekly reporting including costs against budget and schedule tracking.
  - Tendering projects
  - Creating proposal documents for prospective projects.
  - Cost and budget estimation for demolition projects
  - Prepare monthly claims and invoices ready for review by management.
  - Preparing and coordinating contract variations in consultation with the project management
  - Developing demolition work plans for projects.
  - Creating management plans for demolition projects.
  - Creating Gannt Chart to estimate project timelines.
  - Waste tracking control, inputting to spreadsheets, scanning & filing/weight dockets.
  - Chasing landfills/recycling facilities for daily and weekly weight summaries and costs.

• I primarily worked with the Senior Engineer in the company where I assisted him with many of his day-to-day tasks
• These tasks include, overlooking work sites and monitoring the progression of work through each construction stage
• Within this I have gained many experiences in construction and project management.

• My responsibility within this company is to design traffic plans for roads and intersections
• I also help manage traffic plans for construction work and draft project proposal for potential clients
• In this role I have become well versed with the software: Microstation
• Furthermore, I have gained insight on traffic engineering principles such as traffic plans to reduce congestion.

This role consisted of being the first point of customer contact, interacting with client’s who were members of the Australian Super Annuation Fund via outbound and inbound calls. Each day we would talk to more than 80 clients and assist them with their Super Fund queries.
General duties included:

• Handled customer inquiries and suggestions courteously and professionally.
• Managed high-stress situations effectively, maintaining professionalism under pressure while resolving disputes or conflicts.
• Actively listened to customers, handled concerns quickly and escalated major issues to supervisor.
• Resolved customer complaints with empathy, resulting in increased loyalty and repeat business.
