eMR Management

• Deliver a high quality application support customer services, including writing a strategic plans, providing consulting services, implementing and maintaining eMR system, change management and post go-live review.
• Work closely with eHeatlh to ensure plans and implementation of a new application aligned with State Base Build
• Communicated regularly with customers to establish a rapport and managing their expectation

Application Support

• Provide level 2 support including user training and the development of appropriate documentation
• Issue management - liaise with relevant team regarding the issue and escalations to eHealth/Cerner if needed
• Maintain a good record from troubleshooting an issue to issue resolution
• Maintain ServiceNow queue for clinical application team including PowerChart and FirstNet
• Liaised closely with other clinical application teams, e.g. Patient Management, Interface
• Liaised with other departments to minimize network interruptions and possible downtimes

PowerChart & FirstNet Design & Development

• Attend Clinical Documentation CIDWG and Emergency Care CIDWG monthly meeting to ensure the mandatory build and changes are adhered to SBB
• Management and maintainence of PowerChart and FirstNet within eMR including Mpages, electronic orders, results, rules, alerts and forms
• Liaise with customers/programmers in the design and report building
• Code aliasing for data interface
• Perform testing, including pre - and post - implementation of new application, code-upgrade testing
• Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills while managing multiple projects.
• Adaptable and proficient in learning new concepts quickly and efficiently.
