Project Name: Project Delta – Icon Water – Lower Molonglo Water Quality Control Centre (LMWQCC)

Scope of Work:
Design and construction of the LMWQCC Secondary Treatment Upgrade, LMWQCC Biosolids Management Renewal, water and sewer main upgrades/renewals, reservoir and pump station upgrades, electrical system renewals, and associated infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities

• Managed end-to-end subcontract administration, including tendering, RFQs, variations, pricing, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Coordinated with subcontractors and suppliers during tender and procurement phases to ensure alignment with project and delivery requirements.
• Conducted vendor setup, ABN verification, and managed RFQs and confidentiality deeds through Felix.
• Prepared cost comparisons, performed vendor evaluations, and supported commercial recommendations.
• Oversaw project cost control and forecasting, including financial coding, budget tracking, and reporting.
• Reviewed subcontract agreements to minimise risk, ensure scope accuracy, and maintain statutory and contractual compliance.
• Performed financial administration in line with KPIs, including invoice verification, workflow approvals, and payment processing under the Security of Payment Act.
• Provided commercial and administrative support to project teams, implemented company procedures, and supervised site administration activities as required.
• Assisted the Project Commercial Manager/Project Manager with commercial reporting and documentation.

Project Name- Raising of London circuit: -

Scope of work- To demolish the existing commonwealth avenue bridge and raise 6m from the ground level and forming of signalized intersection. (including completion of utilities, new road, pavements, soft & hard landscaping)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, plan & schedule Daily site activities in conjunction with the supervisor.
• Provide the project manager with relevant documentation received from both the client and authorities in a timely manner.
• Work with the commercial manager for contractor onboarding via Felix and preparing contract documents.
• Work with the commercial manager in contractor evaluation & finalization.
• Communicate and liaise effectively with Contractors and stakeholders to complete the work in a timely manner.
• Uploading documents and transmitting the same in Aconex including ITP’s.
• Cost tracking the daily cost accumulated and recording this, also cost coding to the right budget as per the MPC.
• Procurement, delivery & pre-pour inspection for concreting works as per B80, R53 specification requirements
• Knowledge about R44 earthworks specification and doing proof roll and required Hold point/witness point inspection with clients
• Raising Hold Point/Witness point in Aconex as per the required specification and ITP.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with the other Pre-delivery Assistant Personnel by ensuring all vehicles are stored in the yard correctly.
• Completing the Pre-Delivery and Minor accessary fitment on our Range of Franchise Motor Vehicles as per the Manufactures Pre-Delivery Checklist followed by high Quality standards and all Lennock Systems and Procedures.
• Ensure the vehicles are checked of the transporter trucks Correctly
• The relevant paperwork is filled in correctly and ensure staff take logbooks, completed vehicle Receipt and Transit damage check list together with relevant keys and Tags are given to the stock Controllers.
• Ensure all Vehicles in the "Lennock" Vehicle storage Holding Yards parked in a neat and Orderly fashion as per Manufactures and "Lennock" guidelines and make sure the fuel filling for each vehicles according to the requirements.
• Able to work, contribute, Have a Good Understanding of Repair Technology and the Importance of working together in the "Lennock" team.

• Experienced in comprehensive project management from sales to timely execution, with expertise in budgeting, cost tracking, and ensuring prompt site document delivery. Proficient in approving Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and meticulously monitoring project schedules. Responsible for site billing, customer collections, and fostering effective communication across all customer touchpoints, while proactively managing risks to ensure adherence to project scope, specifications, and operational processes

• Experienced in planning and executing engineering changes to align with team objectives, including the creation of precise technical drawings essential for successful project implementation. Managed project timelines rigorously to ensure timely delivery and coordinated closely with supervisors to oversee construction activities effectively. Monitored installations closely to ensure adherence to specifications and standards, actively engaging stakeholders to drive continuous process improvements and implement necessary corrective actions. Maintained clear and proactive communication channels to facilitate collaboration and resolve issues promptly, contributing to overall project success and client satisfaction.

• Ensured site safety compliance for intumescent painting, structural steel works, and roof installations, while coordinating activities and addressing client concerns. Supervised rebar, formwork, and concrete as per drawings, managed subcontractor coordination for quality assurance and sequencing, and ensured compliance with client specifications

• In charge of apartment finishing and handover, ensured site safety compliance, conducted technical studies, managed contractors, and maintained effective communication with stakeholders throughout project execution.
