- Responsible for leading Collection and Hardship programs of work. Directed enterprise initiatives including Hardship Simulation environment, implanting the Equifax Plato Debt Collections Platform within ANZ, and In-App Customer Nudges for collection and hardship scenarios to meet regulatory commitments. Managed end-to-end delivery including initiation, funding submission and management, agile planning, dependency management, governance reporting, delivery execution, and operational transition.
