Roxane Cheam

As a Crew Trainer and McCafé Barista at McDonald’s, I play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting team development. In McCafé, I craft high-quality beverages with precision and speed, ensuring every drink meets McDonald’s standards for quality and consistency. As a Crew Trainer, I lead by example by mentoring new crew members, conducting hands-on training sessions, and promoting a positive and efficient work environment.

I volunteered as a Dance Teacher Assistant, gaining experience supporting instructors and leading parts of classes. I assisted with demonstrating choreography and helping students improve their technique. Through this role, I developed strong teaching and communication skills by guiding students of different ages. I’m passionate about assisting others to succeed and creating a positive, patient, and structured learning environment.
