Summary

In my previous and current roles I have gained extensive knowledge in areas of men’s mental health, community services, have gained experience in customer service due to my prior and ongoing liaising with a range of different health care providers, families and also case workers when required and since opening and owning my own company (Hard Knocks Supports), I have really understood the value of time management, supporting my staff and being a part of a healthy work place environment.

I am very big on being someone others are able to rely on and someone with direct and clear communication in hopes of always achieving the best outcome regardless of what the job may be.

Objective

After well over a decade of working in the mental health sector, I am now seeking full time employment with a company who I can learn, grow and build with for not just myself but also my family. I am moving from the Gold Coast to Thornlands to get away from the hustle and bustle, wanting regular hours so I am able to be home with my family more and with more routine and am incredibly eager to become part of a team, gain new skills and do something hands on as I am fit, healthy and capable.

If you feel as though I would be a good fit for your team, please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have.

I appreciate your time.

Thanks, Royce.
