As an Enrolled Nurse I would say that my commitment to caring for patients and the ability to function as an integral part of a healthcare team would allow me to make a valuable contribution to Townsville University Hospital. A challenging environment such as yours will give me the opportunity to make the best use of my skills and be able to guide and teach me how to be a health care professional. Nursing is my passion and I would love to continue learning and understanding the different aspects to nursing. The (NMBA) is very important to me and provides guidelines and tools for use when setting professional boundaries including a decision-making framework and ethics.

• completed 120 hours of my Non Acute aged care placement block and completed my second 120 hour block placement on surgical ward at Mater hospital. I completed a 160 hour block placement at Townsville University Hospital on cardiac ward. I have really enjoyed all my placements especially at surgical. My skills include: - Working under the direct supervision of an RN. - Responsible for the delivery of care and services to residents and patients in all areas of activities of daily living in accordance with the residents/clients identified needs and preferences. -Working within my scope of practice as an EN.
