- Loading trucks - placing products in a safe manner
- Preparing the trucks - cleaning and checking the equipment
- Securing the products on the truck - using ropes and ratchets
- Problem solving: While stacking a truck, the ratchet was broken so the stock couldn’t be strapped properly
- I took the ratchet to the supervisor and showed them the faulty equipment so it could be replaced
- Teamwork: At National Logistics I worked with other co-workers to make sure the trucks were loaded on time and were secure before the trucks left the compound
- Communication: At National Logistics I used good communication skills to ensure we loaded the trucks properly and everything was strapped down and secure
