Summary

As an empathetic professional with a passion for mental health, I seek roles that allow me to draw upon my broad and diverse work and lived experience to assist people with mental health barriers to achieve their unique and self-determined recovery goals. By utilising a strengths-based and person-centred framework, I implement warm and considered communication to work harmoniously within teams, and alongside people with complex challenges, including co-existing mental health and AOD responses. This may include, but not be limited to, insight building, the development of dynamic wellness plans, self care, community connection, personal relationships, vocation and education, and accessing health and other services to achieve each individual’s unique short and long-term goals, whatever they may be.
