AIM Scientific is a company supplying laboratory equipments and chemicals to wineries, schools and universities. My job for the last 15 months have been to create orders, calculate/despatch freight, receive supplies, stocktaking, design e-newsletters, chase outstanding invoices, update the company website etc.

• Helped customers with their Telstra services over the phone
• Attended to around 40 calls during 8-hour shifts
• Mainly dealt with prepaid accounts and billing services.

• Attended 5 weeks long training session then worked in the Saves department assisting customers in dealing with complaints regarding their mobile, landline and internet services.

• Worked at Optus store in Rundle Mall assisting customers with their queries, providing devices, mobile plans, home internet etc. Since the store was in a busy city centre location, managed approximately 30-50 incoming calls and emails per day along with serving more than 100 walk in customers on average.

• Attended a 3 hours long Barista training organized by Schinella's
• Assisted in making daily breakfast items over 10 shifts, made coffee, sliced loaves of breads and helped in overall operations of the bakery.

• Increased sales by 20% during Fall 2014 admissions to UK, USA and Canada by bringing in more students
• Represented the organization and its affiliated institutions in more than 50 education fairs, trainings and seminars
• Made new campaigns to bring in more business for the organization
• Counseled with new students regarding International English Language Testing System (IELTS)
• Coordinated the IELTS classes and prepared the course materials.

• Counseled with new students enrolled regarding International English Language Testing System (IELTS)
• Assisted over 40 students prepare, appear and pass their IELTS tests with excellent scores in both the academic and general module.

• Worked as an Intern for 3 months in the Direct Sales Team division of the Retail Banking Department.
