1. Flight Planning and Sales:

• Proficiently utilizing aviation sales/planning software such as Schedaero, Avinode, Universal Weather and Foreflight.
• FBO handlers to meticulously plan and coordinate flights.
• Collaborating with crew members to optimize flight routes, considering weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and operational requirements.

2. Crew Allocation:

• Demonstrating expertise in arranging and allocating flight crews for scheduled VIP and Medevac flights using specialized crew management tools like Air Maestro.

3. Private Jet Agent:

• Overseeing the coordination of private jet flights, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed seamlessly, and addressing any last-minute changes or client requests.
• Negotiating contracts with aircraft operators to secure favourable terms and pricing for private jet charters.

4. Airport Ground Handling:

• Engaging in the comprehensive handling of airport ground operations, including baggage handling, ramp services, tow, and pushback of aircraft at both Melbourne International Airport and Brisbane Airport.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to passengers and addressing their needs during ground operations.

5. Communication and Coordination:

• Serving as a focal point for communication between various stakeholders, including flight crews, ground personnel, and airport authorities.
• Adhering to and maintaining effective communication protocols to ensure seamless information flow.

• Receive and review superannuation claims submitted by members, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate
• Navigate and interpret complex policies and regulations to appropriately assess and process claims.

• Efficiently and securely load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail onto and from aircraft
• Ensure accurate routing and delivery of baggage to designated areas.

• Accurately pick items from designated locations based on customer orders
• Safely and securely pack items into designated containers, following prescribed packing guidelines.

• Provided exceptional customer service at both the front counter and drive-thru, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all patrons
• Served as a Crew Trainer, responsible for training team members on the front counter and drive-thru in taking orders, assembling food, and delivering superior dining services.
