  • Provide positive and meaningful outcomes to people living with a disability across the life span (Progressive and non progressive neurological, developmental and intellectual disorders, mental health and more). Including early childhood intervention ages 0-5 years of age.
  • Complete assistive technology trials, recommendations and appropriate reports (including complex walking frames, standing frames, sleep systems).
  • Work closely within multi disciplinary teams, participant/client, families and support teams and other stakeholders for a holistic approach to care and intervention.
  • Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 physiotherapists over the Melbourne region. Including clinical and procedural support through regular supervision sessions, shadow sessions and annual performance reviews.
