Newly inducted Fellow of the Australian College of Emergency Medicine with successful completion of all fellowship requirements in September 2024. Over 17 years of experience in emergency, ICU, and retrieval across various settings, including tertiary hospitals, rural, and remote areas in three different states. Possesses expertise in advanced resuscitation, difficult airway management, ultrasound, trauma management, toxicology, retrieval, and more. Valuable asset for any senior role within a rural emergency department. Passion for quality improvement through evidence-based medicine implementation in clinical practice. Currently pursuing Ph.D. Degree at Melbourne University and actively engaged in a quality improvement project at LRH. Deeply committed to clinical education and supervision of junior doctors. Incharge of emergency department's weekly education program and clinical education committee in LRH's junior medical officer board, nurturing the next generation of medical professionals.
