Summary

Currently a student in Yr 11 at CLC in Eltham, over the last 12-18 months, during school holidays and others, I have been working front counter reception duties at Preferred Training Networks. This has exposed me to working with many different people and circumstances who have different expectations. Because of this experience, I feel like I have a good skills in meeting and greeting others and trying to solve any issues they may have. And I really enjoy this challenge. I really wished to apply last year as both of my brothers worked here and absolutely loved it, but spent Christmas overseas in the UK and Ireland, and loved the spirit of Christmas over there, and wish to spread some Christmas cheer to the kids here!
