At this job I am required to attend to emails and phone calls, greet incoming customers professionally and provide assistance where needed.

At this job I am required to maintain a high level of customer service whilst frequently upselling different floral arrangements and gifts. I am learning on the job as a junior florist and manage the main floor where all customers and clients require help and advice.

During my time at Jooc3d I managed and motivated a team of employees to be productive and engaging while working. I was in charge of all ordering systems, rostering, pays, cash flows and more. I managed a clean and work safe standard environment and maximised performance to the business.

During my time at Kmart i was a sales assistant and often used POS systems being able to process sales, returns, online orders and more. I was also able to greet customers at the door and help with any queries they had.

During my time at McDonalds I worked well with other employees and took on coaching form management teams as well as worked front counter, drive-thru, cafe and other areas. In this job i learnt how to work fast pace and the different qualities of work and expectations for future employment.
